As our community knows, we should be getting a new shopping center in the next couple of years. We will be using this page to provide building updates as regularly as possible.
La Costa Town Square
There was a recent Home Owner’s Association meeting with the developer, Aspen Properties. They are meeting with local neighborhoods to update us on the progress of their construction.
As of right now, the plans include adding three stop lights on La Costa Ave. between Rancho Santa Fe and the entrance of the neighborhood.
There is one tenant signed - Kohls. There are no other signed leases due to uncertainty of completion dates.
However, they expect to have two gas stations, a major grocery store, and some other small tenants.
